Isaac's view.
Taylor has 3 children now. Zac has one child. But not Katie and I. Oh well.
Last night, Christmas Eve, we went to Katie's Aunt's house. Her whole family was there.
We had a great meal. Crystal's grandparents are really not in great health. She was saddened
to see that. But her Dad is doing better. That is good. Then we went to her parent's house to
open presents. Then we went home and exchanged presents because we couldn't wait until
Christmas.
Katie and I got up and made french toast and bacon for breakfast and just spent time
together. Then we went to my parent's house. We all got together for Christmas. Taylor and
his family, Zac and his, our parents and brothers and sisters. We had a blast. We opened
presents. Then we ate a huge meal that Mom prepared for us. And of course we had to take
videos and pictures through out the whole thing. It was great. It was chaos but my Mom
wouldn't have it any other way. But it wasn't the same without my Grandparents there. We
miss them. Taylor and Crystal will be going to Boston to see her family for a few days. Zac
and Penny will be going to Michigan to see her family as well. They will be back for the New
Year's eve party of course.
After dinner we went home. We got ready for bed. Then Katie came to be with a ribbon on
her stomach. She handed me a card. I thought this was strange since we exchanged gifts last
night. She told me to open the card so I did. It said "Merry Christmas Dad". I looked at her
then said "Does this mean what I think it does?" "Yes, I'm pregnant!" We hugged and kissed.
We are very excited!
We plan on telling everyone at the New Year's party.
