Katie's view.
It took a little longer than we expected for Ike and I to get married. Penny and Zac wound up getting married before us. But
it was worth it. We were married in August in the Botanical Gardens in Tulsa. My dad was barely able to walk me down the isle
though. He has cancer and all-of-a-sudden he is getting a lot worse. He gets tired easily and needs oxygen to help him breathe.
In what seems to be coming a Hanson tradition now we went to Hawaii for our honeymoon as did Penny and Zac. Of course that
is where Crystal and Taylor went on theirs as well.
While the guys were making Underneath they decided to have their friend Ashley film the process. Since they went through
so much trying to get Underneath out they decided to make a documentary out of it and show it to different colleges around the
U.S. They hope to get someone to distribute it so that their fans can purchase a copy of it. It was also accepted in to the
Hollywood film festival. There is a party the night before they show it. Crystal, Penny, and I were nervous while we got
ready. We have meet a few famous musicians but never famous actors. Taylor even made a fool of himself while hugging a
famous actor. But they were very proud when they showed the documentary and we were proud of them. Now they are almost
finished with their next studio album and hope to get it out next year. The holidays are also approaching. I have to figure out
what to get Ike for Christmas. Of course there is also the infamous Hanson New Years Eve party.
