Katie's view.
Taylor and Crystal were married. Somehow they were able to keep it a secret until about a week after their wedding. They went to Hawaii for their
honeymoon. They were also able to keep her pregnancy a secret until their son was born in November. They named him Jonathan Taylor. They have
decided to name their new CD "Underneath" and put it out on their own label next year. They also decided to have a concert in Tulsa at an old church
that has been turned into a recording studio and record acoustic versions of some of the songs that will be on that CD and release it as a CD on their
website. They also decided to do what stared out as a 13 city acoustic tour in small clubs, and wound up double that. The last concert will be in
Carnegie Hall in New York. They are really looking forward for this. Penny, Crystal, Jonathan, Isaac's family and friends, and I have been on this tour
with them as usual.
Isaac and I walk to the hall for the sound check.
"How cool is this? Carnegie Hall" I say.
"Yep, we've gotten here through practice, practice, practice" I groan at his bad joke.
We meet up with his brothers and Penny and Crystal.
Zac looks nervous.
He takes Penny's hand and explains how happy she makes him and that he couldn't imaging liveing with out her. Then he gets down on his knee and
says "Penny will you marry me?" She cries and says yes. Zac looks relived. Crystal hugs her and then I do. Then Taylor and Isaac say "Welcome to
the family." Then everyone else comes in and Zac and Penny tells everyone what happened. Penny's parents are there too. Everyone is happy.
They do their sound check.
We go backstage to eat.
Isaac is sad and sitting by himself. He's hardly touched his food.
I walk up to him, sit next to him, give him a hug, and ask "What's wrong?"
"I always thought I would be the one of the three of us to get married first. But obviously that's not going to be the case. At this rate Jess will probably
get married before me. Plus all of my friends are getting married." he says.
"Join the club. Well, at least some day you and I could be married. I'm glad we are waiting until after I get my Masters though (I'm getting my masters
in education so I can get a better teaching job)." I say.
"Ok promise me we will get married sometime soon." He says.
"I promise" I say. This makes him happy. He goes with his brothers to get ready for the concert.
